BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA
The US Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the American Chamber of Commerce in BiH (AmCham) organized an American Business Promotion and Networking Forum in Banja Luka on 22 September 2017.
The Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of BiH (FIPA), Gordan Milinić, had a meeting with the General Consul of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Munich, Ruzmira Tihić Kadrić.

Within the Aftercare Program for 2017, on 12 September 2017, it was held a meeting with the Director of the Atiker company Ltd, Refik Nedžić, and the Sale Director, Advija Hadžić. The meeting was also attended by Admir Aljić, representative of the Municipality of Živinice.
Within the Aftercare activity, on 29 August 2017, representatives of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of BiH (FIPA), representatives of the City of Tuzla and the Ministry of Development and Entrepreneurship of Tuzla Canton visited companies operating in Tuzla Canton in different sectors such as textile and footwear industry, metal industry, distribution and trade, education and control of machine processing through the programming of modern robots in production.
The FIPA activities plan for period September-December 2017 was defined at a meeting held on 31.8.2017 led by the Agency Director Gordan Milinić.
Several businessmen from Adana, accompanied by the BiH Ambassador to Turkey HE Bakir Sadović, visited FIPA in order to get information about possibilities for investing in the agriculture sector of BiH and available investment projects with a focus on production of cereals, vegetables and cattle breeding.
Within the Aftercare activities, representatives of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of BiH (FIPA), together with representatives of the Ministry of Economy of Zenica-Doboj Canton and the Municipality of Maglaj, visited on 31st July 2017 the company ADV-PAX Lutec Ltd Maglaj, and had a meeting with the company's representative, Mr Suvad Ahmetspahić.
The Faculty of Economy of the Sarajevo University, in cooperation with the University of Utara Malaysia, organizes the 5th International Conference on Banking and Finance ICBF from 17-19 July 2017.
The Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FIPA) Gordan Milinić informed the newly appointed BiH Ambassador to Pakistan Sakib Forić about the work of the Agency in finding investors and presenting the country as an investment destination, possibilities for strengthening economic cooperation between the two countries and necessity for a greater engagement of the BiH diplomacy in finding foreign investors and promoting the country.
