Egyptian investors are interested in investing in BiH

The Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of BiH (FIPA) Gordan Milinić spoke on 14 June 2016 with the Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Cairo HE Duško Stojanović about the possibilities for strengthening economic cooperation between the two countries and attracting investments from Egypt.

The Ambassador Stojanović said that the Egyptian businessmen and investors are interested in trade and investments in BiH with a special emphasis on tourism, textiles, military industry, wood industry, metal industry and production of bottled natural spring water, thereby indicating that several leading Egyptian investors have already explored possibilities for investing in BiH.

On this occasion, it is planning the organization of an economic and investment forum BiH-Egypt in September 2016 in Cairo, which will be held in cooperation with FIPA and the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Business delegation from BiH will have between 50 and 100 businessmen.
