The Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of BiH (FIPA) Gordan Milinić talked with representatives of the tourism project of "Ivanica" about possibility for finding a foreign investor for this project, which comprises 650 hectares of land and whose value is estimated at more than 500 million EUR.
The project envisages the construction of a
tourist town with all necessary facilities whose offer will make Ivanica very
recognizable and popular tourist destination.
The proximity of Croatia, i.e the European
Union, makes this area even more interesting. The settlement is located only at
six kilometres from the centre of the Adriatic pearl of Dubrovnik.
The Director Milinić promised to inform
investors on the said project, and will, if there is an interest, connect
project owners and investors, and provide all other necessary assistance.
