The Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of BiH (FIPA) Gordan Milinić and associates visited the Agency for Privatization of FBiH and talked with the Deputy Director Drago Vrbić and his Assistant Fikret Talić about the FBiH Privatisation Plan for 2016.

The Director Milinić briefly presented the Work
Plan of FIPA for 2016 with a focus on the already established cooperation with
embassies and economic missions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and potential
foreign investors from different countries. He also mentioned the forthcoming
International Investment Conference "Sarajevo Business Forum 2016 '(SBF),
which this year was merged with the Forum of "China + 16 countries of
Southeast Europe" which will be the biggest event in Southeast Europe and
which will bring together hundreds of potential investors from around the world.
SBF represents a unique opportunity for the realization of direct meetings and
contacts between the holders of investment projects and potential foreign
investors.
On behalf of the Privatization Agency, Mr Vrbić
expressed full support to the efforts of FIPA to attract as more as possible foreign
investments in BiH, and presented the Work Plan of the Agency for
Privatization, as well as the intended privatization of enterprises in the FBiH
in 2016.
It was noted that the two institutions have on
a common task of improving the economic situation in the country, and any new
involvement of foreign investors either through involvement in the
privatization of some companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina or through other
forms of investment will contribute to economic progress.
