The representatives of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of B&H (FIPA), led by the Director Jelica Grujic, received on 19th October 2011 business delegation from the Punjab province in Pakistan, led by Jalal Hassan, Director of Investment and Trade Boards of Punjab.

On this occasion, the Director Grujic informed them in detail on the Agency’s activities on promotion of the B&H opportunities for investing, on the fundamental activities, and on how FIPA can concretely help foreign investor who is interested in investing in B&H.

The members of the delegation from Pakistan expressed their interest for investments and required FIPA to help them to find business partners from B&H in order to create joint-venture.

Within this visit, was signed a Memorandum of Understanding between FIPA and Investment and Trade Boards that foresees their cooperation on promotion of the joint activities related to economic cooperation, exchange of information on possibilities for investing in the sectors interesting for investors and on delivery of investment projects. The Agencies will also exchange in the future available information, publications and other documents related for achieving the goals from this Memorandum.
