The Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of BiH (FIPA) Marko Kubatlija signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Slovenian Association of Entrepreneurs in BiH (SUP) on Jahorina with the aim to strengthen and develop the economy between the two countries.

FIPA and SUP will work
on promoting economic and trade cooperation activities, presenting and
promoting successful projects and entrepreneurs, identifying problems and
solving them, and exchanging expert opinions regarding the promotion of joint
activities.
They will also work on
organizing trade missions and other business events in Bosnia and Herzegovina
and Slovenia.
On the same day, a
panel discussion was held on the topic: "Investment Opportunities in
Bosnia and Herzegovina" organized by the Slovenian Association of
Entrepreneurs.
In addition to the
Director of FIPA, the panel was also addressed by the Austrian Ambassador to
BiH Georg Diwald, the Head of the World Bank Office for Bosnia and Herzegovina
Christopher Sheldon, and the President of the Slovenian Association of
Entrepreneurs in BiH Jure Peljhan.
The panellists spoke
about investment opportunities in BiH, investment conditions, and investors'
experiences in doing business in BiH.
The panel brought
together representatives of companies with capital from Slovenia, as well as
representatives of the diplomatic corps in our country.
