The Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FIPA9) Marko Kubatlija attended as an honoured guest at the conference entitled: "6th Annual International Summit and Exhibition Balkan's Power" which was held in Sarajevo and organized by Vostock Capital.
This
prestigious International Summit is designed to consolidate efforts for the
effective implementation of key energy projects throughout the Balkan region.
Within
the topic: "Global green transition of the Balkan region: strategy and implementation",
representatives of the State Regulatory Commission for Electricity -SRCE and
the Ministry of Energy and Mining of the Republic of Srpska presented the
current situation of BiH.
In
addition to them, the experiences of leading leaders in this field from
Romania, Greece, Russia and other countries were also presented.
During
the session: "Investment climate in the Balkans. Mobilization of private
and public capital, Investment mechanisms for greenfield and brownfield
projects", Assistant Director of the Agency, Ms. Slavica Korica, had a
presentation on investment opportunities in the energy sector in Bosnia and
Herzegovina.
In
addition to investment opportunities, the presentation also covered business of
foreign investors in the energy sector.
During
the event, FIPA representatives established cooperation with representatives of
the following companies: FORENA ENERGY S.A., Keystone Logistics St. Petersburg,
Ciltug Inc Turkey, Temelsu International Engineering Services Inc Turkey and
others.
An exchange of energy projects was agreed with the aim to establish further
possible cooperation.
