Acting Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Marko Kubatlija had a meeting with the Director of the Agency for Labour and Employment of Bosnia and Herzegovina Ivan Barbalić and his associates.

They discussed cooperation and future activities in the field of improving the status of workers in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with special reference to labour migration and legal protection of workers, as well as the need of foreign investors for a specific workforce profile.

The activities of FIPA related to the promotion of investments and support to foreign investors were presented, as well as for foreign investors with whom FIPA is currently working to find adequate locations for investment with available qualified labour necessary for the realization of investments.

Mr Kubatlija and Mr Barbalić expressed their full readiness for cooperation between the two institutions in organizing events, improving the business environment, and the status of workers in order to meet the needs and demands of the business community.
