Acting Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FIPA) Marko Kubatlija had a meeting with Nadya Al Falasi, president of Al Falah Group (AFI) and founder of the Greeno Pack brand, and Sanja Miovčić, Executive Director of the Council of Foreign Investors in Bosnia and Herzegovina with whom he discussed investment opportunities.

On this occasion, Mr Kubatlija presented the
Agency's services, plans related to the promotion of potential in the United
Arab Emirates and the advantages that BiH offers to foreign investors.
Mrs Al Falasi expressed her interest in
business development in BiH, regardless of certain challenges, and presented
her plans for the development of the Greeno Pack brand.
AFI is a global company based in Abu Dhabi,
specializing in international trade with a focus on specific industries and
specific market segments that are undiscovered or underserved. Greeno Pack is
one of AFI's main product lines that deals with the flexible packaging sector that
is commonly used in various industries such as food and beverage, construction
materials, agricultural products, cargo and transportation. Greeno pack is
produced in Turkey, and is promoted through AFI with headquarters in Sarajevo
and three branches in the UAE, Great Britain and Egypt.
They discussed the second phase of the project
and the possible construction of a factory in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the
upcoming event "Aspiring Future Impact" - (AFI) CIRCLE UAE 2024,
which will be held on March 4, 2024 in Sarajevo.
The goal of the event itself is to encourage
partnership and cooperation between investors from the UAE, the business
community of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Western Balkans, manufacturers and
European companies in the sustainable packaging sector.
