Acting Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FIPA) Marko Kubatlija attended the Business Forum in Jahorina organized by the Slovenian Businesspeople's Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the topic "Investments and Business Environment in Bosnia and Herzegovina".

Jure Peljhan, president of the Slovenian Association
of Businesspeople in BiH and member of the Management Board of NLB Banka d.d.,
Sarajevo, and H.E. Damijan Sedar, Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia to
Bosnia and Herzegovina welcomed the attendees at the Forum.
The participants, along with the president of the
Association, were Jasmina Selimović, governor of the Central Bank of Bosnia and
Herzegovina, Manuela Naessl, representative of the EBRD in Bosnia and
Herzegovina, Julian Reilly, Ambassador of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in
Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Dejan Ljevnaić, director of the Jahorina Olympic
Center.
The focus of the panel discussion was on investments
and the business environment, where the participants had the opportunity to
discuss the positive effect of investments on economic growth and employment,
then the progress in the so-called "friendshoring" and solutions for
creating a stimulating environment for investors in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
