Within the Aftercare Program of Post-Investment Support to Investors, representatives of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of BiH (FIPA), the Ministry of Economy of Sarajevo Canton and the Municipality of Novo Sarajevo had a meeting with the management of iNovine.
INovine is the legal successor of OPRESA d.d.
Sarajevo, which is also the legal successor of the former newspaper company
"Oslobođenje" founded in 1945. Since 2011, the company's capital has
become the property of Adris group d.d. Rovinj.
Establishing the retail company iNovine BH
d.o.o. was entered in the court register in 2014, and in 2015 as the new owner
of 100% of the capital of the company OPRESA d.d. Sarajevo becomes British
American Tobacco Investment (BAT).
iNovine BH is a specialized and leading retail
chain of newsstands in Bosnia and Herzegovina. As a market leader in the retail
network, it has over 500 points of sale and more than 1,000 employees.
During the meeting, they discussed the
company's business, members of affiliated companies, and open issues that the
company faces in business. In relation to the open issues discussed at the
meeting, meetings will be organized in the competent institutions with the aim to
solve problems.
