FIPA representatives visited the Municipality of Novo Sarajevo in order to identify investment potentials, projects and investment locations in the municipality, as well as to discuss open issues of investors and further cooperation in the Cooperation Network.
The investment locations promoted by Novo
Sarajevo in the Investment Guide were discussed, where there is a lot of land
for the construction of residential and commercial buildings and facilities. Potentials
related to the larger project of Sport and Recreation Centre, for which a
preliminary design is being prepared, were also discussed.
It was agreed to define the potentials that
FIPA will promote through its promotional channels (meetings with investors,
FIPA web, participation in conferences, fairs and other correspondence with
potential investors).
It was also agreed to further cooperate in
support of investors within the Aftercare - Post-Investment Support to Investors.
