- BY BETTER PROMOTION TO DANISH INVESTMENTS

Gordan Milinić, Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FIPA), talked with Emir Poljo, newly-appointed Ambassador of BiH to Denmark on investments and trends of foreign trade between the two countries.

At the meeting it was emphasized that FIPA coordinates activities in the field of promotion of the country and its investment potential, together with the competent ministries and chambers of commerce, and that the common goal and commitment is to attract new investments in BiH and to create new jobs.

The Ambassador was made familiarized with the investment projects available at FIPA, including investment locations, and with the increase in foreign investments in 2017, when 777 million BAM was recorded in BiH.

In the coming months, the Ambassador will organize meetings with chambers of commerce and business associations in Denmark. By informing them about the benefits for investing in BiH and the most important sectors for potential investments, he will try to make Danish investors interested in investing in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
