The representatives of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FIPA), the Ministry of Economy of Canton Sarajevo and the Municipality of Centre visited the company Nexe Beton Ltd Sarajevo on June 19, 2018 as part of the Collaborative Network for 2018.
Nexe Beton
Ltd is a part of the Nexe Group that exists in Bosnia and Herzegovina since
2004, and it is one of the successful Croatian investments. The main activity
of the company is the production of building materials.
The
meeting discussed the business environment and the current conditions of
business in the construction sector, including future plans of the company.
The Director
of the company Sandra Bezdrob pointed out that in the coming period they have
plans to expand the current business activity and build new plants. The
realization of the investment will result in an increase in the current number
of employees.
At the
meeting, the Director pointed to the importance of the connection between the
private sector and the state institutions in the business of business entities
and added that the realization of this meeting is one of steps leading to the
change of the current approach.
