The Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of BiH (FIPA) Gordan Milinić and PhD Hajrija Sijerčić-Čolić, Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Sarajevo, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the aim to improve the legal framework in BiH that will contribute to the upgrading of the existing legal solutions for improving the business environment and thus the country's competitiveness in attracting foreign direct investments.
The aim of the Memorandum is also to create and
to establish cooperation between the two institutions in a way to give expert
opinions together on legal solutions that represent obstacles to a greater
inflow of foreign investments in the country, to jointly propose solutions that
are favourable to investors either domestic or foreign, and to make proposals
from the aspect of science, how to introduce new economic models, which do not
exist in BiH.
