Within the official visit of the Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH Mirko Šarović to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on 16 and 17 October 2016, it was held a business conference, at which the Assistant Director of FIPA Phd Maida Bećirović had a presentation on investment potentials of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Deputy Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of BiH (FIPA) Blaženka Mišković participated at the 21st annual WAIPA World Investment Conference dedicated to sustainable FDI, which was held in Istanbul on 13-14 October 2016.

The Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FIPA), the Foreign Trade Chamber of Commerce of BiH in cooperation with the Japanese Foreign Trade Organization (JETRO) in Vienna and the Embassy of Japan in Bosnia and Herzegovina organized a visit of the Japanese business delegation to Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is the first visit of the business delegation from Japan to Bosnia and Herzegovina, since establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries.

The Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of (FIPA) Gordan Milinić and associates informed the Qatari investors Nerton Investments about possibilities for investing in mining of stone and marble, in the banking sector and the real estate sector of BiH they have previously expressed interest in.
