HUNGARY WILL INVESTS 61 MILLION EUR IN BiH

At the meeting held at FIPA, the Hungarian
Ambassador to BiH, HE Jozsef Negyesi informed the Director of the Agency
Gordana Milinić that Hungary will invest 61 million EUR in Bosnia and
Herzegovina in 2016 in environmental, agriculture, tourism and energy projects.
From FIPA it is expected to present investment opportunities in Bosnia and
Herzegovina to Hungarian investors, especially projects from the mentioned
sectors, and to animate all institutions in BiH involved in the process of
attracting foreign investments to provide full support to potential investors and
to help them in starting their activities in BiH.
The Director Milinić promised maximum
engagement of all capacities of FIPA and all necessary assistance in selecting
the projects and locations and in launching activities of Hungarian companies.
He invited the Ambassador to jointly make efforts in order to animate the
interested Hungarian investors to successfully implement their investments in
BiH.
He also informed the Ambassador on the
promotional campaign "Invest in BiH" that FIPA has already started,
and on the possibility for preparation of promotional spots that would be
oriented to Hungarian investors.
The Ambassador Negyesi informed the Director
Milinić on plans of the "Wizz Air" company to open air line between Sarajevo
and Budapest.
