A Business Forum and B2B meetings, Bosnia and Herzegovina – Greece jointly organized by the Embassy of Greece in BiH, the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of BiH (FIPA) and the Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH, were held at the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Forum was attended by 20 companies from Greece
and 48 companies of BiH, and more than 70 meetings were held on this occasion.
In the plenary session of the Forum,
participants were addressed by Mr Bruno Bojić, President of the Foreign Trade
Chamber of BiH, Mr Bekiras Andreas, a member of the Board of the Chamber of
Commerce of Athens, Mr Mirko Šarović, Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic
Relations and Mr Dimitrios Mardas, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of
Greece.
Participants were also addressed by Mr Gordan
Milinić, Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of BiH (FIPA), who
spoke about the role and tasks of the Agency, and Mrs Slavica Korica, Assistant
Director, had a presentation on investment opportunities in BiH.
A representative of the company Alpro Vlasenica
spoke about the experience of Greek companies operating in BiH.
Meetings with investors from Greece were held and
they were given information relevant to their potential investment in BiH.
