FIPA Activities

AFTERCARE PROGRAMME

6/3/2011

Within the Aftercare programme that FIPA realises from 2007, the Agency’s representatives visited on 3rd June 2011 the Austrian company of OMW d.o.o Sarajevo in order do have opinion of this company regarding the business environment in BiH, their comments, ideas and suggestions regarding the climate improvement.

On this occasion, the OMW pointed out that it has 28 gas stations in BiH and employs significant number of workers.

The Austrian investors are the most important investors in BiH by the amount of investments, while the experience of OMW represents a positive message to other investors.

Aftercare is a regular activity of the Agency where we try, in discussion with foreign investors, to get information on the basis of which we can suggest certain activities that lead to the business environment improvement.

Improving the business climate is a task of all institutions, considering that investments bring new technologies and knowledge, new job places and opening the new markets.
