Presentation of the FIPA Agency for the representatives of the Chamber of Commerce of Aydin from Turkey

The Municipality of Srebrenik in cooperation with the BIGMEV Foundation from Sarajevo and the Chamber of Commerce of Aydin in Turkey organized in Srebrenik on 4 March 2015 business meetings for businessmen from the Aydin Region and businessmen from this Municipality.

The FIPA representative Nina Pobrić had on this occasion a presentation on investment potentials and comparative advantages of Bosnia and Herzegovina for foreign investors.

The aim of these business meetings is to establish and to strengthen existing economic cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Turkey.

Economic, tourist and other comparative advantages of investing in the Municipality of Srebrenik were presented to the Turkish delegation.

Member of the Board of the Chamber of Commerce of Aydin Mr. Ufuk Huseyin Devrim pointed out that a significant number of companies owned by Turkish citizens was running business in the Municipality of Srebrenik, and that businessmen and representatives of the Chamber of Commerce of the city of Aydin had recognized Srebrenik as a very favourable business area for investment and business start-up.

The aim of this visit is to transform existing ties between Turkey and Bosnia and Herzegovina into economic and profitable relationship. Aydin Chamber of Commerce has more than 8000 companies.

The Turkish delegation visited local companies in ​​Srebrenik and then B2B meetings were organized where the businesspeople had the opportunity to exchange in direct talks experience of doing business in their countries.
