Visit to the company Alpiny Bromy Tešanj

Within the Aftercare program for 2013, the representative of FIPA Nina Pobric, and the representative of the Municipality of Tesanj Ismar Alagic visited on 6th June 2013 the company Alpina Bromy Tesanj.
 

They met with Mr Suad Rosa, Director and co-owner of the company.

Alpina-Bromy was created by a joint investment of the company Alpina doo from Slovenia and Suad Rosa and it is engaged in the manufacture of men's and women's footwear and fashion accessories. Company Bromy employed 80 employees before the merger with the Slovenians and now it employs 340 workers. The development of new enterprise is followed by constant investments in technology and personnel.

Alpina-Bromy is realizing plans related to expanding of the production capacity. In fact, the manufacturing process that is now taking place inside the building of 4,000 m2, Alpina-Bromy plans to expand by constructing a new building.

Daily production capacity is about 1,500 pairs of shoes, and their goal is to increase production to 2,000 pairs a day.

As previous visits, this one is realized through the network of cooperation for post-investment support to foreign investors in BIH, which consists of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency (FIPA) as coordinator of activities, the competent institutions of the FBIH, cantons and municipalities, and which is foreseen by the Agreement on Cooperation between the Council of Ministers of BIH and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) on the Improving the Business Environment in BIH Project.
