The Acting
Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina
(FIPA) Marko Kubatlija met with the Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce
of North Macedonia Zoran Jovanovski.
The
Macedonian Chamber of Commerce is a reference institution of the economy with
about 15,000 members and is the initiator and organizer of a large number of
specialized fairs and the participation of the Macedonian economy at fairs and
individual presentations abroad.
Mr
Kubatlija initiated the organization of business meetings to discuss the
perspectives of the countries of the Western Balkans and economic cooperation
with the EU countries, and to present available investment projects and
attractive products for the intensification of trade.
The
interlocutors agreed that good relations and cooperation rest on good relations
between the two governments, but also on the expansion of economic partnership,
and that regardless of the fact that there are close historical and friendly
ties, not all possibilities for business connection between the companies of
the two countries have been fully explored.
