The FIPA representatives, led by the Secretary, Maida Bećirović received a delegation of businessmen, representatives of the Techno India Group and Sister Nivedita University from Kolkata, India, accompanied by the Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to India, H.E. Sabit Subašić.
The visit is
organized with the aim to get information about possibilities for investing in
the education sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a focus on higher
education.
Businessmen
were interested in the steps for establishing a high-school institution,
registering a company, obtaining the necessary permits and opportunities for
establishing a partnership with the local community according to the model of
private-public partnership.
Representatives
of FIPA have introduced businessmen about the competencies of the Agency; work
with investors, as well as on the possibilities for investing in the education
sector in BiH.
It was agreed
that investors contact FIPA for any additional issue related to investing in
the mentioned sector.
Businessmen
from India also had meetings with other competent institutions for the
education sector in BiH.
