A delegation of businesspeople from UAE visited the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of BiH (FIPA) to learn about business opportunities and opportunities for starting a business in BiH.
The delegation of businessmen was composed of
entrepreneurs and investors from the field of pharmaceutical industry, food
production, paints and varnishes, construction, consulting. Some of the
investors already own plants in neighbouring countries, and they plan to expand
their business to the BiH market.
Based on the expressed interest, representatives
of FIPA have introduced the attendees about business opportunities in BiH,
investment opportunities and the status of foreign investors in our country. A
general presentation on the business conditions was held, including the sectors
of BiH for which FIPA is seeking for investors.
Investors from the UAE expressed interest in
meeting with domestic businessmen or foreign companies operating in these areas
in BiH, and FIPA organized meetings and linked investors.
