Before the discussion, a presentation on the
effects of the proposed drafts Laws was done to employers from the production
sector. Participants in the discussion pointed to the fact that there is a
growing departure of young people from the country and that this will
negatively affect the labour market in BiH. It was also mentioned that the
state should more effectively fight the grey economy, reduce the profit tax and
reduce the excessive state administration. Observations were also made to the
unclear definitions in the proposed Laws.
Considering that those Laws are extremely
important for the further development of the production sector, the position of
the employers in Gračanica and Tuzla was that the proposed legal solutions are not
satisfactory and that they would submit amendments proposal to the disputable articles.
15 amendments proposals were prepared.
Public debates last 60 days and are scheduled
in 10 cities in the FBiH. Suggestions and remarks by participants in public debates
will be sent to the Government of FBiH.
