The BiH Council of Ministers adopted the new Rulebook, prepared by the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of BiH (FIPA), regarding way for awarding the financial means in order to support foreign investors in BiH.

The Rulebook sets the criteria, conditions and way for allocation of means provided from the Fund for Support to Foreign Investors in BiH.

The criteria are defined considering the number of new employees, the investments field, the investments value, the exports share in the total production/services and the environmental impact.

These criteria are evaluated from 2 to 20 points, so it is possible to have at least 5 and a maximum of 50 points.

The realized points are followed by the financial means that are awarded in amounts from 50 000 to 300 000 BAM.
