In the Institute for Agriculture of FBiH in Sarajevo, on 16 March 2017, it was held a working meeting with BiH businesspeople in order to present opportunities for reinvesting in the fruit and vegetable sector in BiH.
Considering the fact that there is a huge disparity between potentials and
results achieved in the agriculture of BiH, representatives of the Foreign
Investment Promotion Agency of BiH (FIPA) presented the reasons why reinvest in
BiH in order to motivate existing investors to further investments.
Representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry of
FBiH promoted, during their presentations, investment opportunities in the
sector of fruit and vegetables in BiH for whose production there are great potentials,
pointing out important funds that the Ministry allocates to support the
production of these agricultural products.
Representatives of foreign and domestic companies (Elisa Berry Ltd and BH
Food Ltd) shared on this occasion their experiences related to running business
in the fruit and vegetable sector.
