Representatives of the company ETERIKA in FIPA to discuss planned investment in BiH

2/24/2017

JOINT SERBIAN AND CZECH INVESTMENT IN PRODUCTION OF ESSENTIAL OILS

The Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of BiH (FIPA) Gordan Milinić talked with representatives of the company ETERIKA from Serbia on their plans to launch a production of organic essential oils, aroma, colours and food products in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as plantations of medicinal plants together with Czech companies Aroma Praha and Araco.  The production would start in the Municipality of Ribnik where, according to their estimation, conditions for organic production are very good and it would be spread to other areas in BiH.

They especially want to establish cooperation with farms that have adequate land. The initial investment would be around 100,000 EUR, with a permanent staff of dozens of workers and the large number of seasonal workers.  The production expansion would also increase investments.

FIPA will actively participate in this investment and support investors in all phases of business, especially in terms of finding appropriate sites and partners for this production.
