Representatives of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FIPA) met in Banja Luka with representatives of the German company BARTSCH Real Estate, which provides accounting services to businesses in the real estate sector.
The company currently operates its own shared service centres in Sofia, Bulgaria, and Novi Sad, Serbia, and plans to open a new centre in Banja Luka in April 2027.
FIPA provided professional guidance and advisory support throughout the company’s establishment process in Bosnia and Herzegovina, working closely with the company’s representatives from Germany and Serbia to facilitate the successful launch of its operations in the Bosnian and Herzegovinian market.
The establishment of BARTSCH Real Estate in Bosnia and Herzegovina creates opportunities for the development of business services and further strengthens the presence of German companies in the country.
